Hello, I’m Ramona Mihai, founder, coach, and ANC certified trainer at Human Needs Academy — Romania’s first school dedicated to the psychology of the six human needs. I have 19 years of experience in the entrepreneurial sector, out of which 9 years in project management, human resources, and international communication.
Understanding my own six human needs — Certainty, Variety, Significance, Connection, Growth, and Contribution — helped me unlock a mindset that brought clarity, motivation, and fulfillment like never before.
I created Human Needs Academy to share this transformational approach with others — children, couples, and professionals — through courses both on-site and at your place.
